Senior Advisor/ Training Supervisor/ Sales and Service Technician

Art is 64 years old and has been in the pest control industry for 13 years. He currently resides in Springfield, OH. He has four children and eight grandchildren. Art also has three dogs and 2 cats. Before pest control, Art served 32 years in the U.S. Army which he retired honorably. He also coached football at Clark-Shawnee from 1989 to 1997. Art enjoys training new technicians in all aspects of pest control. Art was trained in pest control through the U.S. Air Force and currently holds licenses in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), General Technician Skills (CORE), and Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12).

Bobby is 34 years old and has been with A-1 Able Pest Doctors for 3 years.  He currently resides in Vandalia with his 3 daughters, 1 son and their Australian Shepherd, Boomer.  Bobby says what he enjoys the most about his job is his customers.  He considers it his privilege to be welcomed into their homes as a Miami Valley exterminator to make it a safer and more comfortable environment, and now considers many of his customers’ part of his family.  Bobby is licensed in General Pests (10A), General Technician Skills (CORE), and provides both sales and services for our customers.

Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Chad is 47 years old and has been in the pest control industry for 4 and half years. He currently resides in Donnelsville, OH. He is married and has five children. Chad also has two dogs and 2 cats. Before pest control, Chad was a service technician for a music company. He serves as the president of the Plains Drifters motorcycle club. Chad and his club help organize the Keep Kids Rolling Program with help from the Rocking Horse Center. Chad tries his hardest to do whatever it takes to make sure the customers are satisfied with their service. He currently holds licenses in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), General Technician Skills (CORE), and Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12).

Regional Service Manager/Salesman

Chuck is 49 years old and has been in the pest control industry for 23 years. He currently resides in Springfield, OH. He has four children and one grandchild. Chuck also has five dogs and various farm animals. Before pest control, Chuck was an ASE master tech and a service manager in the auto industry. He has a lifetime of trapping and hunting experience. Chuck is a lifetime member of the NRA and Buckmaster and also provides deer hunting guide services. He enjoys helping people with pest issues, protecting health and home of customers. Chuck likes mentoring new Miami Valley exterminators throughout the start of their career, and in pest control there is always something new and exciting to fill his time. Chuck currently holds licenses in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), General Technician Skills (CORE), Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12) and State Wildlife Control.

Connie has been a part of the A-1 Able Pest Doctors family for 3 years.  She brings with her 25 years of experience in the customer service field and is an amazing asset to our office staff.  She lives in the Dayton area and has 2 sons, one of which is a Montgomery County Sheriff Officer, and the other is employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.  She has 4 grandchildren and 3 dogs named Dayton, Dixie, and Max. Connie takes care of our Springfield technicians, and may be one of the friendly voices you hear when calling into our office.

General Manager/Sales and Service Technician

Daniel is 33 years old and has been in the pest control industry for 4 years. He currently resides in South Vienna, OH. He is married and has two children. Daniel also has three dogs. Before pest control, Daniel served almost 9 years in the U.S. Army. He also coached baseball at Springfield, Catholic Central High School from 2012 to 2014. Daniel is a member of the Elks and plays baseball for the Springfield Angels adult men’s baseball team. Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and playing baseball. Daniel likes that in pest control there is something different going on every day. He likes that A-1 Able is a local company that takes care of its residents. Daniel currently holds licenses in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), General Technician Skills (CORE), and Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12).

DJ is 22 years old has been with us for 4 years.  He came to us as a senior in high school with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and has become one of our lead technicians.  He lives in Dayton with his girlfriend and their 2 dogs, Roxie and Zoey.  As an employee DJ is very dedicated, and enjoys the comradery of working as a team to provide his customers with solutions.  He looks forward to the variety that being a pest control technician provides, and is always eager to meet a new challenge head on.  He may look young, but do not underestimate this young man if he knocks on your door.  He has the experience and training to provide a solution to any pest control need.  DJ is licensed in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), Vertebrae (7), General Technician Skills (CORE), and Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12).

Commercial and Residential Sales Manager

Kevin is 44 years old and has been in the pest control industry for 15 years. He currently resides in New Carlisle, OH. He has two young children. Kevin also has a cat. Before pest control, Kevin was a foreman of a plastic factory and also did some construction work. He prides himself on being honest and is willing to work on resolving problems for people with pest issues. Kevin likes the fact that he is part of a honest company that always puts its customers first. Kevin currently holds licenses in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), General Technician Skills (CORE), and Wood Destroying Insect Reports (12).

Lynne has been a loved member of our team for 3 years now.   She has an impressive 40 years of customer service experience and was a Director in Sales and Marketing for over 20 years.  We are lucky to have Lynne on our team and she is loved by her co-workers and our customers.  She ensures our BTU and fumigation teams are equipped with all of the information they need to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.  She also provides customer service assistance, along with service for our retail customers at our Dayton location.  She has 3 sons, 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in-law, 5 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  She is a member of the American Cancer Society and a certified member of the Look Good, Feel Better Campaign.  She is also a CCW holder.

Mara is also new to our family here at A-1 Able Pest Doctors.  She lives in the Dayton area with her husband and son and also has a daughter in college.  She is our Financial Accounting and HR Administrator and joined our team with 12 years of executive administration experience.   She has quickly become a great asset to our growing family.

Vern is 49 years young and has been a dedicated employee of A-1 Able Pest Doctors for an impressive 15 years.  Not only is he an employee favorite, but he is a customer favorite as well.  With his genuine personality and commitment to this profession, his experience is invaluable and shines through in every job he does.  He resides in the Riverside area with his wife of 23 years, along with their daughter and granddaughter. Vern is a proud grandpa to 12 grandchildren.  They have 3 dogs, Micky, Tasha and new puppy, Bully.  They also have 2 cats named Patches and Velcro, as well as a bearded dragon named “Godzilla”.  When asked what he would want his customers to know about him, his response was simple, yet key in what makes him a true asset to our company as well as our customers. “I care, and I’ll do what it takes to make them happy.”   Vern is licensed in General Pests (10A), Termites (10B), Vertebrae (7), Wood Destroying Insect Reports, (12), and General Technician Skills (CORE).
